Pricing & Costs

Transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Captain, fuel, and crew are always included.

How much does it cost to rent a yacht in Miami?

Our charter rates start at $479 for a 2-hour trip on a 26-foot sport boat and go up to $10,800 for a full-day super yacht experience on the 97-foot San Lorenzo. Mid-size yachts (48-55 feet) range from $1,680 to $2,760 for 4-6 hours. Luxury yachts (66-70 feet) range from $2,400 to $6,000 for 4-8 hours. Super yachts (80-110 feet) including the Antago 110 and AQUA 105 range from $3,000 up to $10,800. Every rate includes your captain, fuel, and crew — no hidden fees.

What is included in the charter price?

Every charter includes a USCG-licensed captain, fuel, standard crew, safety equipment, a Bluetooth sound system, and a cooler with ice. Select vessels also include water toys, floating pools, and snorkeling gear at no extra charge. The price you see is the price you pay.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No. Unlike many Miami charter companies, we operate on an all-inclusive pricing model. Captain, fuel, and crew are built into every rate. The only additional costs are gratuity for your crew (industry standard 15-20%, at your discretion) and any optional add-ons you request such as catering or floral arrangements.

How much should I tip the captain and crew?

Gratuity is not included in the charter rate and is at your discretion. The industry standard in Miami is 15-20% of the base charter rate. Cash is preferred by crew. Your captain and crew work hard to make your experience memorable, and tips are always appreciated.

Do prices change during peak season or holidays?

Rates may increase during major Miami events such as Art Basel, Miami Boat Show, New Year's Eve, and the F1 Grand Prix. Peak season runs December through April when demand is highest. We recommend booking early during these periods to lock in the best rate and vessel availability.

Is there a minimum rental time?

Minimum rental times vary by vessel. Sport boats (26-37 feet) have a 2-3 hour minimum. Mid-size yachts and larger vessels (48 feet and above) have a 4-hour minimum. This ensures you have enough time to enjoy the full Miami boating experience.

Do you offer weekday discounts?

Contact us for current weekday availability and any promotions. Monday through Thursday bookings often have more flexible scheduling and broader vessel availability compared to weekends.

How much does a sunset cruise cost in Miami?

A sunset cruise starts at $479 for a 2-hour trip on a sport boat and ranges up to $10,800 for an 8-hour super yacht charter on the 97-foot San Lorenzo. The most popular option is a 4-hour sunset charter on a mid-size yacht for $1,680-$2,160, which gives you time to cruise past Star Island and watch the sun set over the Miami skyline.

What is the cheapest boat I can rent in Miami?

Our most affordable option is the 26-foot Crownline sport boat starting at $479 for a 2-hour charter. It is a great choice for small groups of up to 8 guests who want to cruise Biscayne Bay, visit Haulover Sandbar, or enjoy a quick sunset ride.

How much does it cost per person on a yacht charter?

Per-person cost depends on the vessel and group size. For a group of 10 on a 4-hour mid-size yacht charter at $1,680, the per-person cost is $168. On a sport boat at $479 for 2 hours with 8 guests, it works out to about $60 per person. Larger groups on bigger yachts can bring the per-person cost down significantly.

Are fuel surcharges ever applied?

No. Fuel is included in every charter rate. We do not add fuel surcharges, docking fees, or any other hidden costs. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Can I extend my charter if we are having a great time?

Extensions may be possible depending on the vessel schedule and crew availability. Let your captain know during the trip and we will do our best to accommodate. Additional hours are charged at the vessel's hourly rate.

Booking & Reservations

How to reserve your charter, deposit requirements, and modification policies.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours ahead for weekday charters and 1-2 weeks ahead for weekends. During peak season (December-April) and major events like Art Basel or New Year's Eve, book 4-6 weeks in advance. Popular large yachts can fill up months ahead during the holidays.

How do I book a charter?

The fastest way to book is through WhatsApp or by calling us directly at +1 (305) 216-6944. You can also submit a quote request through our website. We typically respond within 1 hour during business hours. Once you choose your vessel and date, we send a booking confirmation with all the details.

What is required to confirm my reservation?

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to the charter date. We accept all major credit cards and can arrange alternative payment methods for larger charters. Submitting a website inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation — we will contact you to finalize details and process payment.

Can I modify or change my reservation?

Yes. We understand plans change. Contact us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling. Changes are subject to vessel and crew availability. We do our best to accommodate date and time adjustments at no extra charge when requested with reasonable notice.

Can I request a specific captain?

Absolutely. If you have had a great experience with one of our captains before, let us know when booking and we will do our best to assign them to your charter, subject to their availability.

Do you offer gift certificates or group packages?

Yes. We can arrange gift certificates for any charter in our fleet — a popular choice for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. For group packages or multi-vessel bookings, contact us directly and we will put together a custom quote.

Can I book a charter for someone else as a surprise?

Yes. Many of our charters are booked as surprise gifts for birthdays, proposals, and anniversaries. We will coordinate the details with you and keep the surprise until boarding day. Just let us know it is a surprise when you book.

What happens if I arrive late to the dock?

We provide a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled departure time. If you arrive later than that, the charter duration will be reduced by the amount of the delay — the charter will not be extended. If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Do you accept same-day bookings?

We accept same-day bookings when vessels and crew are available. Contact us by WhatsApp or phone for the fastest response. Availability is more limited on weekends and during peak season, but weekday same-day bookings are often possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. For larger charters, we can arrange alternative payment methods. Payment details are shared when you confirm your booking.

Safety & Regulations

USCG-licensed captains, safety equipment, and Florida boating regulations.

Do I need a boating license to rent a yacht?

No. Every charter comes with a USCG-licensed captain who handles all navigation and vessel operation. You are a guest on board — no license, certification, or boating experience required. Just show up and enjoy.

Are your captains licensed and insured?

Yes. All our captains hold USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials (OUPV or Master license), Florida FWC Saltwater Charter Captain Licenses, and current CPR/First Aid certifications. They are enrolled in USCG-approved drug and alcohol testing programs. All vessels carry comprehensive commercial marine insurance.

What safety equipment is on board?

Every vessel is equipped with USCG-required safety gear including life jackets for all passengers, fire extinguishers, visual distress signals, a first aid kit, and VHF radio. Your captain conducts a safety briefing before departure so everyone knows the equipment locations and emergency procedures.

How many passengers can a charter boat hold?

Passenger capacity varies by vessel and is set by USCG regulations. Our sport boats hold 8-13 guests, mid-size yachts hold up to 13 guests, and large yachts accommodate up to 13 guests per vessel. For larger groups, we can coordinate multi-vessel charters. We never exceed the rated capacity — your safety comes first.

Is it safe to go out in rough water?

Our captains monitor marine weather conditions daily and make the final call on whether conditions are safe for departure. If seas are too rough, we will reschedule your trip at no extra charge. Biscayne Bay is generally calmer than the open ocean, and our captains know the most sheltered routes.

Can children come on board?

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome on our charters. We have appropriately sized life jackets for younger guests. Children under 6 years of age must wear a life jacket at all times while aboard, per Florida law. Let us know the ages of any children in your group when booking so we can ensure the right safety equipment is ready.

Are pets allowed on board?

Pets are generally not permitted on our charter vessels to protect the boats and ensure the comfort of all guests. If bringing a pet is important to you, contact us in advance and we will see if any of our vessel owners can accommodate the request.

Is there a minimum age to book a charter?

You must be at least 18 years old to book a charter, as it constitutes a legally binding contract under Florida law. Children of all ages are welcome aboard with parental or guardian supervision.

What happens if a guest misbehaves on board?

The captain has absolute authority over all safety matters on the vessel. If a guest's behavior poses a safety risk — including intoxication-related incidents — the captain may terminate the charter and return to the marina. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Are the boats insured?

Yes. All vessels in our fleet carry comprehensive commercial marine insurance. However, insurance does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by guest negligence. The primary charter guest is financially responsible for any damage caused by their party during the charter.

Can I swim off the yacht?

Absolutely. Swimming is one of the highlights of a Miami boat charter. Your captain will anchor in a safe location — popular spots include Haulover Sandbar, Key Biscayne, and protected areas of Biscayne Bay. The captain will brief you on water safety before anyone enters the water.

Fleet & Vessels

Our 15 premium vessels from 26-foot sport boats to 110-foot super yachts.

What types of boats do you offer?

We operate a curated fleet of 15 premium vessels across five categories: Sport Boats (26-37 feet, from $479) for adventure and sandbar trips, Mid-Size Yachts (48-55 feet, from $1,680) for comfortable day charters, Large Yachts (66-70 feet, from $2,400) for luxury cruising, and Super Yachts (80-110 feet, from $3,000) for the ultimate experience.

Which boat is right for my group?

It depends on your group size, occasion, and budget. For 2-8 guests on a casual outing, a sport boat is ideal. For 6-13 guests celebrating an occasion, a mid-size yacht or motor yacht offers the right balance of space and luxury. For corporate events, weddings, or milestone celebrations, our large yachts provide a show-stopping setting. Contact us and we will match you with the right vessel.

What amenities are included on the boats?

Standard amenities across our fleet include Bluetooth sound systems, coolers with ice, and water bottles. Larger yachts also offer air conditioning, full bathrooms, flybridges, and multiple lounging areas. Select vessels include water toys such as Seabobs, jet skis, floating pools, water slides, and snorkeling gear — all at no extra charge.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. BYOB (bring your own beverages) and outside food are welcome on all our charters. We provide coolers with ice. Many guests bring their own food, snacks, and drinks to enjoy on the water. If you prefer, we can coordinate professional catering, a private chef, or delivery from Miami restaurants as an add-on.

Do your boats have restrooms?

All our yachts (48 feet and above) have full bathrooms. Our smaller sport boats (26-37 feet) do not have enclosed restrooms, but trips include sandbar stops where restroom facilities may be nearby.

What water toys come with the boats?

Water toys vary by vessel. The Axopar 37 includes a floating beach pool and snorkel masks at no extra charge. The 70-foot Azimut Party Package offers add-on water toys including a water slide, inflatable pool, trampoline, and jungle gym for an additional fee. Larger super yachts (80-110 feet) can be equipped with custom water toy packages on request. Check each vessel's page for the full amenities list.

What is your largest yacht?

Our largest vessel is the 110-foot Antago, a super yacht with multiple decks, spacious lounging areas, full crew, and room for up to 13 guests. We also offer the 105-foot AQUA (with jacuzzi) and the 97-foot San Lorenzo "Astonish" for premium super yacht experiences.

Do you have boats that can go to the Bahamas?

Yes. The Axopar 37 is capable of Bahamas trips with an all-inclusive rate of $4,800 for a full-day excursion. Other vessels may also be available for Bahamas runs depending on weather and conditions. Contact us to discuss Bahamas charter options and itinerary planning.

Are the boats well-maintained?

Every vessel in our fleet undergoes regular professional maintenance and is inspected before each charter. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, we will arrange an alternative vessel of equal or greater value if possible, or provide a full refund.

Can I see the boat before booking?

Yes. If you would like to view a vessel before committing to a booking, contact us and we can arrange a dock visit based on the vessel's schedule and availability. Each boat also has a detailed page on our website with photos, specs, and amenities.

Do any of your yachts have a flybridge?

Yes. The 70-foot Azimut Flybridge features a full flybridge deck with panoramic views — an especially popular choice for sunset cruises and events. The Azimut 66 and larger yachts also have flybridge areas.

Is there Wi-Fi on the boats?

Cell phone signal covers most of Biscayne Bay and the Miami coastline, so mobile data is available throughout most of the trip. Some of our larger yachts have on-board Wi-Fi. Ask when booking if connectivity is important for your charter.

Events & Occasions

Birthday parties, bachelorette trips, corporate events, weddings, and more.

Can I host a birthday party on a yacht?

Absolutely. Birthday parties are one of our most popular bookings. We can arrange decorations, cake delivery, a DJ, and custom itineraries. Most birthday groups choose 4-6 hour charters on our mid-size or large yachts. Prices start at $1,600 for a 4-hour charter, with all captain, fuel, and crew costs included.

Do you host bachelorette and bachelor parties?

Yes — yacht parties are one of the top bachelorette and bachelor party activities in Miami. We offer packages with champagne, decorations, and custom music playlists. Popular routes include stops at Haulover Sandbar and cruising past Star Island. Groups typically book our motor yachts (50-110 feet) — from mid-size yachts for 8-13 guests up to super yachts like the Antago 110 — for the ideal mix of deck space and luxury.

Can I have a corporate event on a yacht?

Yes. Our larger yachts and large yachts are well-suited for corporate outings, team-building events, client entertainment, and holiday parties. We can coordinate catering, AV equipment, and multi-vessel arrangements for larger groups. Contact us with your event details for a custom quote.

Is it possible to have a wedding on a yacht?

Yes. We accommodate intimate wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners on board. Our large yachts (94-105 feet) provide an elegant setting for up to 13 guests per vessel, with multi-vessel options for larger parties. We coordinate with local florists, caterers, and officiants to bring your vision to life.

What decorations and add-ons can I request?

We offer a range of add-ons including floral arrangements, balloon installations, custom banners, LED lighting, a private chef, catering platters (starting at $49.99), a masseuse, a drone video pilot, and premium alcohol delivery. All add-ons are arranged through our team and quoted based on your specific needs — just tell us your vision and we will provide a custom quote.

Are music and speakers available on the boats?

Every vessel in our fleet has a Bluetooth sound system. Bring your own playlist and connect wirelessly. For larger events, we can arrange a professional DJ as an add-on. Miami-Dade noise ordinance requires music not to be audible beyond 100 feet from the vessel between 11 PM and 7 AM.

What items are prohibited on board?

To protect the vessels and the marine environment, the following items are not allowed: glitter, confetti, loose decorations, balloons (environmental hazard), red wine on white-interior yachts, hookah on certain vessels, self-tanning products (stain upholstery), glass containers on sport boats, fireworks, sparklers, black-soled shoes (mark teak decks), and illegal substances. Confirm specific vessel rules when booking.

Can I host a proposal on a yacht?

Yes. Proposals are one of our specialty bookings. We coordinate with florists for rose petal arrangements, set up champagne, and help plan the perfect moment on the water. Popular options include sunset proposals cruising past the Miami skyline or at anchor near Star Island. We will work with you to make it unforgettable.

Do you offer New Year's Eve yacht charters?

Yes. New Year's Eve on the water is one of Miami's premier experiences — watching fireworks from a yacht on Biscayne Bay. NYE charters book up well in advance, so we recommend reserving 6-8 weeks ahead. Premium pricing applies during this high-demand period.

Can I host a prom or graduation party on a yacht?

Yes. Yacht charters are a popular choice for prom afterparties and graduation celebrations in Miami. We recommend our mid-size yachts (50-66 feet) for these events, which offer great deck space and sound systems. An adult chaperone must be present, and the person booking must be at least 18.

What about a 4th of July boat party?

July 4th is one of the most popular boating days in Miami. Watching the fireworks from a yacht on Biscayne Bay is an extraordinary experience. Premium pricing applies and availability fills up fast — book at least 4-6 weeks ahead for Independence Day.

How many guests can I have for my event?

Maximum capacity per vessel is set by USCG certification and cannot be exceeded. Our vessels accommodate 8-13 guests depending on the boat. For larger events, we coordinate multi-vessel charters where two or more yachts cruise together. Contact us with your group size and we will design the right arrangement.

Miami Boating Tips

Best times to go, what to wear, popular routes, and local knowledge.

What is the best time of year to charter a boat in Miami?

Miami offers year-round boating. Peak season (December-April) has the best weather — warm, dry, and less humid with calm seas. Summer (May-August) is hotter with afternoon thunderstorms but offers great morning and early afternoon conditions. September-November is the quietest season with the most availability. Every season has its advantages.

Where do the boats go? What are the popular routes?

Popular routes include cruising past Star Island and the celebrity homes on Millionaire's Row, stopping at Haulover Sandbar for swimming and socializing, exploring the waters around Key Biscayne and Stiltsville, and sunset cruises along the Miami skyline. Your captain can customize the itinerary based on your interests, weather, and the type of experience you want.

What should I wear on a boat charter?

Wear comfortable, casual clothing — swimwear with a cover-up is ideal. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), and a light layer for the evening. Non-marking, soft-soled shoes or bare feet are best on board. Avoid high heels or dark-soled shoes that can mark the deck.

What should I bring on the trip?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel, a change of clothes, your phone or camera in a waterproof case, and any personal medications. If you are BYOBing, bring your drinks and snacks in soft-sided bags (we provide coolers and ice). Everything else is on us.

What is Haulover Sandbar and can we go there?

Haulover Sandbar is one of Miami's most popular boating destinations — a shallow area in Biscayne Bay near Haulover Inlet where boats anchor in turquoise water. On weekends, it becomes a floating party with food boats and music. On weekdays, it is calmer and more serene. Most of our charters include a sandbar stop upon request.

Where do we board the boat?

The exact departure location is shared with you after your booking is confirmed. We depart from marinas across the Miami area. After booking, we send detailed directions, parking instructions, and a meeting time.

Is there parking at the departure location?

Yes. All our departure points have nearby paid parking. Rates typically range from $7 to $30 depending on the lot and duration. Specific parking details and tips are included in your pre-charter confirmation email.

What is the best time of day for a charter?

It depends on the experience you want. Morning charters (9-11 AM) offer calmer seas and lighter crowds at sandbars. Afternoon charters are popular for parties and swimming. Sunset charters (departing 2-3 hours before sunset) are our most booked — the Miami skyline at golden hour is unforgettable.

Can we go to Star Island and see celebrity homes?

Yes. Cruising past Star Island and the celebrity homes on Millionaire's Row is one of the most popular Miami boat tour routes. Your captain will point out notable estates and share the history of the islands. This route pairs perfectly with a sunset cruise.

What is Stiltsville and can we visit?

Stiltsville is a group of historic wooden structures built on stilts in the shallow waters of Biscayne Bay, about one mile south of Cape Florida. It is now part of Biscayne National Park. Your captain can cruise past Stiltsville on the way to or from Key Biscayne — it is a fascinating piece of Miami history.

Can we stop at a restaurant during the charter?

Yes. Several waterfront restaurants in Miami are accessible by boat, including spots at Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach. Your captain can dock at restaurants that have boat slips available. Keep in mind that restaurant stops count toward your charter time.

Is the water warm enough to swim year-round?

Miami's ocean and bay temperatures range from about 72°F (22°C) in winter to 86°F (30°C) in summer. Most guests find the water comfortable for swimming from March through November. Even in December through February, many people swim comfortably, especially on sunny days.

Cancellations & Weather

Weather policies, refunds, rescheduling, and trip protection.

What happens if the weather is bad on my charter day?

Safety is our top priority. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe for departure, we will reschedule your charter at no additional cost. The captain has sole and final authority on all weather-related safety decisions. We monitor NOAA marine forecasts continuously and will contact you in advance if conditions look unfavorable.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the charter receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations 14-29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the charter are non-refundable, though a credit toward a future charter may be offered at our discretion. For complete details, see our Terms of Service.

What if it starts raining during the trip?

Light rain is common in Miami, especially during summer afternoons, and usually passes quickly. Light rain does not warrant cancellation. Our larger yachts have enclosed air-conditioned cabins where you can wait out a brief shower. Your captain will adjust the itinerary to find calmer conditions. If a severe storm develops, your captain will return to the marina for safety.

Do you offer trip protection or insurance?

If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your charter at no additional cost. For additional peace of mind, we recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance that covers trip interruption and cancellation for personal reasons. Ask our team for recommended providers.

What if there is a mechanical issue with the boat?

In the rare event of a mechanical issue, we will arrange an alternative vessel of equal or greater value if possible, or provide a full refund. Our fleet undergoes regular maintenance to minimize this risk. We will never send you out on a vessel that is not in top condition.

How far in advance will you notify me of a weather cancellation?

We monitor marine forecasts continuously and will contact you by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible — typically the evening before or the morning of your charter. We never send a last-minute text 20 minutes before departure. Clear communication is a promise we take seriously.

What if I cancel because of weather but the captain says it is safe?

If the captain deems conditions safe to proceed and you choose to cancel, the standard cancellation policy applies. The captain's assessment is based on NOAA marine weather data, sea conditions, and professional experience. We trust our captains' judgment on safety matters.

Can I reschedule instead of canceling?

Yes. Rescheduling is subject to vessel and crew availability and may be accommodated depending on circumstances. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by the captain's decision is offered at no additional cost to you. Contact us as early as possible to discuss options.

Add-Ons & Extras

Catering, water toys, DJ, photographer, chef, flowers, and more.

Can I add catering to my charter?

Yes. We coordinate with Miami restaurants and catering companies to deliver gourmet platters, sushi, and full meals to your vessel. Pre-made platters start at $49.99. For a premium experience, we can arrange a private chef to cook on board. Contact us with your preferences and group size for a custom quote.

Do you offer water sports and water toys?

The Axopar 37 includes a floating beach pool and snorkel masks at no extra charge. The 70-foot Azimut Party Package offers water toy add-ons including a water slide, inflatable pool, trampoline, and jungle gym. Additional water sports like flyboarding ($575) and paddleboarding can be arranged as add-ons on certain vessels. Contact us for water toy options on super yachts.

Can I hire a DJ for my boat party?

Yes. We can arrange a professional DJ with their own portable equipment to set up on board. This is popular for birthdays, bachelorette parties, and corporate events. Let us know your music preferences and event type and we will match you with the right DJ.

Is a photographer or drone pilot available?

Yes. We can arrange a professional photographer to capture your charter experience. Drone video pilots are also available to create aerial footage of your trip along the Miami coastline. Pricing depends on the scope and duration — contact us for a quote.

Can I get a private chef on board?

Absolutely. A private chef can prepare a custom menu on board your yacht. This is an especially popular add-on for sunset dinner cruises, proposals, and corporate events. Pricing depends on the menu complexity, number of courses, and group size — contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer floral arrangements and decorations?

Yes. We coordinate with local Miami florists for custom floral arrangements, table settings, and decorations. Popular for proposals, anniversaries, and weddings. Rose petals, balloon installations, and custom banners are also available. Pricing varies by scope — share your vision and we will provide a quote.

Can I arrange alcohol delivery or an open bar?

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol at no extra charge (BYOB). All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older per Florida law. If you prefer, we can arrange premium alcohol delivery with custom bottle engraving, or coordinate an open bar package with a bartender. Contact us for details.

Can I bring a masseuse on board?

Yes. A professional masseuse can be arranged as an add-on for a relaxing on-the-water spa experience. This is especially popular on our larger yachts with spacious sun decks. Contact us to arrange scheduling and pricing.

Can I get a birthday cake delivered to the boat?

Yes. We can coordinate cake delivery from Miami bakeries directly to the vessel before your departure. Let us know your preferences — flavor, size, dietary restrictions, and any personalization — and we will handle the details.

Is flyboarding available?

Yes. Flyboarding can be arranged as an add-on for $575. This is available on select vessels and depends on the charter location and conditions. Let us know if you are interested when booking and we will confirm availability.

International & Out-of-Town Guests

Visiting Miami? Everything tourists need to know about booking a yacht charter.

I am visiting Miami from another country. Can I book a charter?

Absolutely. We welcome international guests and many of our charters are booked by tourists visiting Miami. No US boating license is required since all our charters include a licensed captain. You can book via WhatsApp, which is our primary communication channel for international guests.

Can I book from abroad before arriving in Miami?

Yes. Most of our international guests book their charter before arriving in Miami. Contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (305) 216-6944 or submit a quote request on our website. We will confirm your vessel, date, and all details in advance so everything is ready when you arrive.

Do you offer hotel pickup or transportation?

We do not provide direct transportation, but we can recommend car services and rideshare options to get you to the departure point. The departure location is typically easy to reach from major Miami Beach and Downtown hotels. Detailed directions are included in your booking confirmation.

What languages does your crew speak?

Our team and many of our captains speak English and Spanish. Miami is a multilingual city and we do our best to accommodate language preferences. Let us know your language needs when booking and we will match you with the most suitable crew.

Is a yacht charter a good activity for a Miami vacation?

A yacht charter is consistently rated as one of the top things to do in Miami. It offers a unique perspective of the city skyline, access to sandbars and islands that are only reachable by boat, and a private experience on the water. Whether you have 2 hours or a full day, it is a highlight of any Miami trip.

When is the best time to visit Miami for boating?

The best weather for boating is during peak season from December through April — warm, dry conditions with calm seas and minimal humidity. This coincides with Miami's busiest tourist season, so book early. Summer offers warmer water but afternoon thunderstorms; fall is quieter with good availability and pleasant conditions.

Can I combine a yacht charter with other Miami activities?

Yes. Many guests pair a morning or afternoon charter with dinner in South Beach, a visit to the Wynwood art district, or nightlife on Ocean Drive. Our team can suggest itineraries that fit your Miami trip schedule.

Alcohol, Food & Onboard Policies

BYOB rules, alcohol age requirements, food options, and vessel care guidelines.

Can I bring my own alcohol on the boat?

Yes. BYOB is welcome on all our charters. We provide coolers with ice on every vessel. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older, per Florida law. Please bring drinks in cans or plastic bottles — glass containers are not permitted on sport boats for safety reasons.

Is there a legal drinking age on a boat charter?

Yes. Florida law requires all guests consuming alcohol to be 21 years of age or older. This applies on all vessels, including private charters. The captain may verify ages and reserves the right to limit or refuse alcohol service if a safety concern arises.

Can I bring a cooler with food?

Yes. We provide coolers with ice on every charter, but you are welcome to bring your own cooler as well. Soft-sided coolers are preferred on yachts to avoid scratching surfaces. Pack whatever food and snacks you like.

Can the captain refuse to serve alcohol?

The captain may limit or refuse alcohol service if a safety concern arises. If intoxication-related behavior poses a safety risk, the captain may terminate the charter and return to the marina. No refund will be issued in such cases. Safety is always the top priority.

Is smoking allowed on the yachts?

Smoking policies vary by vessel and are at the owner's discretion. Hookah and shisha are prohibited on certain vessels. If smoking is important to you, let us know when booking and we will confirm the policy for your chosen boat. Smoking is typically allowed only in designated exterior areas.

Can I use self-tanner before boarding?

We ask that guests avoid applying self-tanning products before boarding, as they permanently stain yacht upholstery and cannot be removed. This applies to all vessels in our fleet. Regular sunscreen (preferably reef-safe) is fine.

Who is responsible for damage to the boat?

The person who books the charter is financially responsible for any damage caused by their party during the trip. This includes stains, broken fixtures, hull scratches, and damage from prohibited items. Fair wear and tear is excepted. We carry commercial marine insurance, but it does not cover intentional damage or guest negligence.

Can I use a BBQ or grill on the yacht?

Personal BBQs and grills are not permitted on any vessel for fire safety. If you want grilled food, we can arrange a private chef who will bring their own approved equipment, or coordinate restaurant-style catering delivered to the boat before departure.
